The user is able to load any value from £1 upwards onto the card and then spend accordingly in any New Look store until a top up is required. Each card is valid for 18 months and after this time the remaining balance will be deleted. New Look gift cards eliminate the need for several paper vouchers making them ideal for larger amounts of money and any unspent value is also retained on the card for future usage.
Each card has its own unique serial number for security reasons and there is a facility to block any unused value if the card is lost or stolen.
