Q. I have been asked to set up a staff incentive/motivation scheme using gift vouchers and cards. Can you advise me on what I should take into consideration?

Q. Can you provide images and logos to use on promotional material?

A. Yes we can. Please contact the New Look Business Solutions Team on 0845 643 9044 who will be happy to supply you with the latest logos and product images. Please note that we must have final sign off on all artwork where the New Look logo appears.

Q. Is change given on business-to-business gift vouchers?

A. Change will be given in the form of cash up to £1 and thereafter in vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q. Is change given on gift cards?

A. Change is not given on gift cards however; any unspent value is retained on the card for future usage.

Q. Is there an expiry date on gift vouchers and cards?

A. No, there is no expiry date on the gift vouchers, allowing givers to hand them over whenever they want and the recipients to spend them at any time. However, gift cards are only valid for 18 months and after this time any remaining balance will be deleted and the card will no longer be accepted in any New Look store.

Q. How much will delivery cost?

A. Delivery is free of charge on orders of £1,000 and above and will be despatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. However, there will be a £9.50 postage and packing fee for orders under £1,000.

Q. I have not received my order, what do I do?

A. Customers must notify the New Look Business Solutions Team of non-delivery as soon as is reasonably practicable by calling 0845 643 9044 and in any case within 72 hours of the order being placed.

Q. Can the gift vouchers and cards be used online?

A. Currently gift vouchers and cards can only be spent in store and they cannot be used online

Q. What is your returns policy on gift vouchers and cards?

A. Gift vouchers and cards are not supplied on a sale or return basis and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Q. How do I activate my gift card?

A. Your gift card/s will be automatically activated 3 days after despatch however, can not be used in any New Look store before activation.

Q. How do I load up my gift card with more money?

A. Top up is available in any New Look store.
